MURDO seeks to alleviate  human suffering  in both emergency and post conflict situations and facilitate an overall return to improved   standard of living & quality of life especially for the vulnerable groups in both rural & urban settlements by implementing relief and development projects and empowering communities to realize their full potential and while  living in peace.

The Organization is engaged in a number of services ranging from, Humanitarian responses through to distribution of emergency  relief, Recovery programs   community development projects, Employment creation ,Conflict management, and promotion of peaceful coexistence  , Research, Monitoring and Evaluation, training and capacity building to communities, civil society organizations, and government institutions.more
